11. Jurisdiction
Dr. Marcus Stephens and Nova Brain and Spine of GA control and operate the Site from the United States of America in Hampton, GA in Henry County, Georgia. These Terms and the Service are governed by the United States federal law and the laws of the State of Georgia, excluding any conflicts of law provisions. Judgment on the Award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Each of the parties shall bear all of its own costs of arbitration, except the fee for the arbitrator shall be equally split between the parties.
The arbitrator shall not have the authority to modify these Terms or award punitive or exemplary damages to either party. This clause shall not preclude parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction. Seeking any such remedies shall not constitute a waiver of either party's right to compel arbitration.
14. Miscellaneous
